We envisage a world of hope, inclusion and social Justice where poverty has been overcome in all communities especially as concerns impaired children and adults.

We have as Mission, putting resources together to workout lifesaving formulas not only for impaired children and adults from 0 to 30years.

Our Programs
Poverty Alleviation for special needs
To eradicate extreme poverty from families having special needs especially those between 0-30 years in Cameroon (currently measured as living on less than 500frs per day).
Inclusive and adopted farming
A solution to special need hunger and starvation. We aim to practice farming in large scale for plantation and substance goals. This will help reduce hunger, starvation and poverty.
Inclusive good health care and wellbeing
We aim at preaching inclusion in all health facilities so that there will be an all-patients’ accessibilities for both valid and invalid persons in all health facilities.
Psycho-social follow-up
we wish to offer psycho-social follow-up to all persons with disability from 0 – 30 years. This is because they are classes of people having double impairments be it from their actual situation and impairment due to social issues.
Quality social and inclusive education
we aim at ensuring that more persons with impairments be more and more educated in line with government policies. We shall sensitize more communities and youths on the importance of special education, inclusive education and inclusive teaching.
Online Empowerment Strategies
We aim at organizing training sessions on how to work from home or use their vulnerability and skills on social media at their benefit for income generation.
Inclusive Family time
The organization aims at organizing inclusive family times once per month. Here, there will be an inclusive village where valid and invalid adults and children wine and dine together on a round table to create more familiarity; spirits of acceptance and tolerance in ought most inclusivity.
Empowerment
We shall organize empowerment training projects in domains of cosmetics, hair dressing, secretariat duties, painting and even singing and dancing. These will help special needs sustain their daily life as well as instill love and peace in the when singing and dancing.
Sustainable Cities and Communities
We aim at gradually identifying all internally displaced special needs and all vulnerable in Cameroon. It is vital providing and always updating a list on all their information so as to seize from the questions of “who is or who is not an internally displaced person?”.
About Us
Shafe’s Foundation is that non-profit organization that encourages inclusion at all spheres by laying more emphasis on the need to empower and or employment of persons with disability or limited ability. We present special needs to influential personalities or companies by creating employment opportunities for special needs.
We organize seminars for people with special needs and disabilities, including children of persons living with a disability or their family members. We introduce them to high-profile personalities, companies, organizations, and embassies. We highlight their abilities and skills so that any individual or organization can choose to help a particular person with special needs. This can bring a lifetime of joy to the individual and their family.
